Q. How to change the unit?
A. At the first screen, Go menu > settings > unit
Smart Compass
Q. The compass does not work or says "MAGNETIC Sensor Error".
A. Several devices had no magnetic sensors. Please check your specifications.
Otherwise, your built-in sensors was out of order. Rebooting or Factory reset will be helpful to initialize them.
Finally, touch a magnet near by your phone. This can fix the sensors forcibly.
Q. It doesn't show the same direction (north).
A. The reason is that your built-in sensors are unstable and weakened.
In order to initialize them, point your devices up towards the sky and move it in a figure 8 motion. If not solved, rebooting and making a factory reset will be helpful.
Sound Level Meter
Q. It says "Unable to open mic".
A. The reason is that another app occupied the microphone. Just reboot your phone.
Q. Why does it flat line at xx db?
A. The microphones were aligned to human voice (300-3400Hz, 40-60db) by the phone-makers, and the values by sound pressure stop at 32767.(32767=2^15-1). So the louder sound cannot be recognized. SGS3(81db), SGS2(98db), HTC Desire HD(80db), Galaxy Note(91db)...
Within the normal noise(50-80dB), my app is very accurate. Please use it as an auxiliary tool.
Q. Sound meter does not work on my phone.
A. My sound meter app has to receive the sound pressure data from OS. But some phones do not support this feature. So my app does not work on Xperia(X10mini, X8) LG(Optimus One, LG-P500, LG-P350), GT-I9001, ZTE, Pantech, NEC etc.
Smart Flashlight
Q. There is no flashlight widget.
A. You must install my app into SDcard. Move it on your phone.
Smart Magnifier
Q. I cannot enlarge(zoom) the camera view.
A. Several devices does not support zoom SDK. So the app cannot zoom.
