i suscribed to reliance gprs from 2 months. My Reliance gprs is auto dissconnecting after few kb just in 50-150 kb. i complaint to customer care and they are telling just remove your sim and restart your phone. i did that all but nothing happened. i even changed my phone but nothing happen. whereas it is working fine for my friends. Customer care are not taking my complaint seriously. i already complainted them 4 times. they always says wait for 24 hours, and try removing your sim and insert it again. i told then this problem is from 2 months.. and let me talk to your seniors officiers or nodal officers. they start making lame excuses saying network is busy. what is this ? network is busy only on my number, not on my friends phones ??? is it is busy from 2 months ??.... thats look fishy.... they also told me to dissconnect my call (customer care call) myself. why dont they forward this complaint to there technical wing so that this bug could be removed
